Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Catora LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at catora@catora.com or (301) 390-2614 to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
  • Write the RAN number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the following address:

    Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

    Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:


  • Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items that are damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or exchange, but you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items that are purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
